Excellent service and family ambiance. Loved the Japanese decor, as well as climate control and multi-channel television. Onyadotoho, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option...
There's dust in some areas.

Great food and diverse menu options. the buffet breakfast was very filling and thank God for it because the nearest restaurant was quite a hassle to get to. the hotel's shuttle service was very useful in getting around the area. the onsen was a highlight of the hotel with beautiful scenic views.
The hotel was in need of renovation and had an unsightly interior. the location of the hotel was pretty inconvenient with not much to do nearby.

The room size was decent and the bed was comfortable. The hot springs were nice and relaxing after a long day at work. The view from the hot spring on the rooftop was worth it. The location of the hotel was good, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The hotel was difficult to find and access, especially for someone who is not familiar with the area. The shower and toilet were incredibly small, making it uncomfortable to use.

We loved the stunning views from the Onsen on the 10th floor and the peaceful forest view from the one on the 2nd floor. The lounge on the 4th floor was a great place to unwind with free drinks, and the friendly staff provided easy transportation to the nearest bus stop. The hotel had clean facilities, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of local fresh products.
